Representative McKay, Chair of the Resources Committee, moved and                                                               
asked unanimous consent that Uniform Rule 23(a) be waived, so the                                                               
Resources Committee may hear the following on May 10:                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 169                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to certain fish; and establishing a fisheries                                                              
    rehabilitation permit."
